Refund policy

At Dietty & Healthy Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns for dry products only if they have a manufacturing defect. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us with proof of the defect. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
